Finally, we can give you all the details of the 2009 Iron Butt Rally. At
each location there are a few rooms remaining in our room block so don’t
delay if you would like to experience some of the excitement and drama of
the Iron Butt Rally.

We have reserved a block of rooms for the start at a rate of $86.00 per
night including internet access. Please note: internet access is normally
$10 per room per night and front desk/reservations personnel do not have
access to our contract terms other than room rate but there will not be an
additional charge.
The negotiated room rate has been made available to us from August 19 until
August 26 for those of you who want to come in early or to stay a few days
after the riders leave. When you click on the link, you'll need to change
the date windows on the page to reflect your check in/out dates.
Saturday evening, we'll gather in the Marriott Sports Bar for a No Host
dinner and you are invited to attend. Details to follow shortly. As most of
you know, the Start Banquet is more of a business meeting and is open only
to riders and their guests. We'd love to open it to the community but it
becomes too difficult for the riders to hear the important details in all
the excitement.

We have reserved a block of rooms at a negotiated rate of $72.00 per night
which includes parking. The only non-rider parking will be available on the
street or in the subterranean parking garage. Upper level parking/outside is
limited and is reserved for riders only please.

We have reserved a block of rooms at $94.00 per night from Sept 1 to Sept 6.
As you make your reservation, you’ll need to enter the dates you prefer.
There will be a parking area reserved for motorcycles but please do not park
in the circle in front of the hotel. The spots reserved there are for the
riders returning from a very long 11 days and you don't want Warchild
'relocating' your motorcycle for you.

FINISHERS' BANQUET -
The Finishers' Banquet will be open to spectators and tickets will go on
sale in May for $49 per person. Those with a room reserved at the Red Lion
will have priority access in the Banquet ticket sale.
