We are in the process of updating all of the event web pages, but we wanted to give you a heads-up about the dates. So please give us some slack in getting the web pages ready.

BIG CHANGE…in response to your comments, we are changing our event venue to the Holiday Inn Bay Meadows, Jacksonville. This hotel has much NICER rooms and is in a safer location than our former hotel. You’ll be pleased. A special room rate will be announced, along with a special reservation code for you to use while making on-line or telephone reservations.

Traditionally, the party has nearly sold out to Premier Members so please don't hesitate to register as soon as registration opens. Premier Registration runs through February 10, 2026 at which time we will announce it to the general membership.

In past years, the rides associated with this event have required prior registration, payment and attendance at a pre-ride meeting. But this year, as a response to your requests, we are doing things differently.

There are many riding opportunities at the JAX Event:
traditional JAX party 2026 Florida 1000 and 1500 – (special limited edition 2026 ride - locations will be published Feb 1, 2026)
Special ‘Foodie Ride’ 1000
Krazy Key West
Lap of Florida
Ride Around Georgia
Key Lime 1000
Lake Okeechobee 1000
Florida Keys 1000

With this broad selection of rides, you can choose to go north or south depending on weather and road conditions; you can choose to start your ride at any time (although most riders will choose to ride on Thursday), and you can submit your ride documents and paypal payments electronically through the Premier system as usual. Easy-peasy!
Or may also earn a certificate for doing a ride-in. Any regular certificate ride will work. BUT, we will also have a special theme-ride ride-in SaddleSore 1000 that will carry a Gold designation. Rules for that special ride-in will be sent to you shortly.
So, this year you have more riding opportunities, greater flexibility, less hassle, and more fun.
Special ride details will be emailed about the 1st of February.
This event has always been a sell-out to Premier members and their guests. We are limited because of rooms and dinner seating so please register sooner than later.
You should receive our formal announcement, along with further instructions on how to register in the next few days.
